Rich Capps, President

Rich has 30 plus years experience with Machining and fabrication. Takes great Pride in manufacturing quality products along with always looking for a new ways to improve our products for the better of Equine care. What started out as a one man shop has developed into a thriving family business.

I would like for you to meet the crew...

Zachary Capps

Zach came to work for Capps Manufacturing in August of 2005. He has evolved into our full time welder and is very good at it. He also assembles a number of our products before they are shipped out including our speculums. Zach takes great pride in hand fitting and making sure all the speculums are to exact precision before they leave our shop.

Rochelle Capps

Rochelle came to Capps Manufacturing in January 2019. She does a little of everything from helping with taking calls, shipping items, maintaining inventory, assembling products and keeping the shop clean and running smoothly. 

Matt Kotera

Matt started working at Capps Manufacturing in January 2014. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design and Photography. Matt was added to the team to help with the advertising and marketing of the Capps Manufacturing name.

Molly Snell

Molly started working at Capps Manufacturing in April 2014. She has an extensive background in customer service and banking. Molly is our office manager and her job involves answering the phone, processing internet and phone orders, and all the other office odds and ends. So when you call Capps Manufacturing you will most likely be talking to Molly.
